Coaching for Leaders

Our Association for Coaching-accredited 'Coaching for Leaders' Programme develops the skills, behaviours and beliefs that enable leaders to incorporate a coaching approach into their day-to-day leadership.

It can also help foster a coaching culture and develop the talent pipeline in your organisation. 

About the Programme

Run on a blended basis, the programme comprises:

  • 8 x Self-Paced Online Modules covering key coaching skills, behaviours, and beliefs in an Interactive Digital Workbook

  • 2 x half-day Coaching Practice Workshops to practice in supervised triads on real-life topics in a low-risk environment

  • Access to 3 x AI Coachee Personas for further practice and feedback on strengths and development opportunities

  • Reflective Log on 10 real-life Coaching Conversations to capture learning and encourage reflective practice

  • Optional additional Group Coaching Sessions post-programme to further develop participants’ practice

Accreditation

The programme has been awarded ‘Recognized Course: Leader as Coach’ status by our professional body, the Association for Coaching (‘AC’).

Participants who complete all elements will be awarded an AC Certificate of Achievement.

It also satisfies the training course criteria for the AC’s separate ‘Leader Coach’ accreditation, paving the way for delegates to obtain an additional accreditation at a later date should they wish to do so.
