We use Insights Discovery to design and deliver team sessions, senior team workshops and leadership programmes.

 

We can run standard sessions or more bespoke workshops tailored to the priorities of the organisation, its leaders or a specific team - and delivered either in-person or virtually.

What is Insights Discovery?

Insights Discovery is an evidence-based tool that helps people understand what energises them, how they prefer to communicate, and how they make decisions and work with others.

Participants receive a personalised profile, written in clear, practical language, covering:

  • Key strengths - including where they may become over‑played
  • Communication and interaction style
  • Preferred approach to decision-making
  • How they prefer to lead and managed - and be led and managed

Simple to understand and easy to apply, it gives leaders, teams and the organisation a shared language for how they work.

How we use Insights Discovery

Our Insights Discovery work spans team sessions, senior team workshops and leadership and management development programmes.

With teams, we typically use the tool to:

  • build a shared understanding of individual working styles
  • strengthen communication within the team and with its key stakeholders
  • improve the quality of decision-making
  • help teams play to strengths and use differences constructively
  • adapt collective ways of working

With senior teams, the emphasis shifts to how the group leads the organisation together as a collective.

Our offer

Individual profiles

For leaders and managers who want a clearer understanding of how they work and relate to others. This includes a personalised Insights Discovery profile, an introductory workshop to bring the model to life, and an optional 1:1 debrief, or optional series of coaching sessions, focused on applying the insights to current priorities.

Team sessions

Insights Discovery team sessions combining profiles with a facilitated workshop focused on how the team works together in practice - particularly in meetings, decision-making and day-to-day communication and collaboration.

Senior team workshops

Insights Discovery sessions designed for leadership teams, with a focus on how the group: leads collectively; communicates within the team and its external stakeholders; and navigates decisions and challenges together.

Integration into wider programmes

Often used as a foundation within broader leadership or team development work to support with leadership style, communication, and working with stakeholders. Some clients also incorporate Insights sessions into their their onboarding programmes.
