Building Leadership Capability During Growth

Business context
A private-equity backed BPO business was introducing an ambitious new strategy and wanted its senior leaders to have a clear, shared understanding of what effective leadership looked like in that context.
What we did:
We co-designed a set of leadership behaviours aligned with the new strategy in partnership with the L&D team and Leadership Community.
This was supplemented by a programme of Executive Coaching sessions to support the Leaders to apply the new behaviours in their role, as well as make progress on wider leadership outcomes agreed in 3-way contracting with Exec Team Members.
The Impact:
- 100% of leaders rated the coaching as a valuable, high-quality experience
- 100% said it helped them identify and apply new behaviours in role
- 100% reported progress against their leadership outcomes, with strong alignment to line manager expectations (83%)
