We offer bespoke leadership and management development programmes that support delivery of organisational strategy, and reflect the culture and behaviours you’re seeking to build.  We develop bespoke programmes to meet your needs using a range of methods including: the latest thinking on ‘purpose’ and sustainable business practices, 360 feedback/psychometrics; Executive coaching, facilitated workshops, action learning sets and Hackathons.

Coaching to achieve individual and organisational outcomes

Our pool of experienced Coaches are all qualified to Executive level, undergo regular supervision, and have held leadership roles in their careers. We are an approved partner of the OSCAR model and work closely with clients to find the right match for individual coachees. Our work also includes supporting clients to develop a culture that achieves both  organisational outcomes and positive societal impacts. 

High-performing and resilient teams

We offer a range of tools and services to support team development and performance, including Team coaching (using the Team Edge model) and facilitated workshops. We are also an accredited provider of insights discovery and approved partner of the Resilience at Work (R@W) toolkit, which enables us to support teams to measure, and build, their collective resilience.
