L&D Consultancy and Support

We work in partnership with clients and, at times, this means we can work on a consultancy, retained or associate basis to support your Leadership Development,  L&D, OD or Talent Management strategies and initiatives. 

What we offer:

Working as an extended member of your team, we can provide additional outsourced capacity for a set number of days over a particular period. Or we can work on a more ad hoc basis to provide support for specific projects.

We also work as Associate Facilitators and coaches to provide additional partner support for leaders across the organisation.

Examples of our recent work 

  • A monthly retainer for a scale-up business to support it with its leadership development, talent management and onboarding strategies and initiatives
  • Working as Associate Facilitators to a Financial Services business to design and deliver their Leadership Development Programmes
  • Supporting a Data and Information Services Business with the design & delivery of a value-add online client training academy
  • Supporting a law firm to develop a set of values & behaviours to underline a commitment and more strategic approach to embedding ESG principles in the firm
  • Working as an Associate Facilitator to a global Social Enterprise to deliver its leadership development programmes in the UK

This exercise was a crucial turning point for the business and generated a commitment and ownership for ESG across the business. We have generated so many ideas and engagement from across the business that it's supported us to quickly create the culture we’ve been looking to build for years.
