About our work in this area
Having worked in sustainability for 25 years we welcome the increased focus on the technical skills required to achieve net zero and the importance of ‘measuring’ to ‘manage’. As coaches, we also believe in the powerful relationships between ‘how we think and why we work’ with ‘what we achieve’.
Therefore, to achieve net zero, we are committed to contributing to the work we need to do individually, and collectively, to develop the skills and qualities we need of leaders, leadership and cultures to enable this transition to happen quicker.
